In a second addendum dated February 15th, the New York State Department of Health (DOH) has updated the Request for Applications (RFA) for the technology and telehealth component of the Statewide Health Care Facility Transformation Program to remove the restriction to only not-for-profit applicants.
DOH had previously indicated in the Addendum #1 dated February 13th that only not-for-profits would be eligible to apply, but has now removed this language. DOH has also made conforming changes to the Q&A document.
