The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) recently released the application for designation to provide 1915(i)-like Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waiver services. The linked table summarizes important provisions of the descriptions of the new 1915(i)-like HCBS services that will be Medicaid-reimbursable for eligible Health and Recovery Plan (HARP) members receiving behavioral health (BH) services starting in 2015. New York City providers need to apply to be designated by December 5th.
