The New York State Homes and Community Renewal (HCR) Housing Trust Fund Corporation (HTFC) announced in a Request for Applications (RFA) the availability of up to $9 million in State funding for the following housing programs:
- Access to Home: $1 million
- Access to Home for Heroes (Veterans): $5 million
- Access to Home for Medicaid Recipients: $1.5 million
- RESTORE Program: $1.3 million
- Mobile & Manufactured Home Replacement Program: $900,000
These programs fund not-for-profit organizations that provide housing assistance to low- and moderate-income older adults and individuals with disabilities, such as accessibility modifications and emergency repairs to their homes. Eligible applicants should have experience providing the relevant services to the target population.
