OMH RTF and Children’s Clinic Capital Funding RFP

On May 17th, the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) released a Request for Proposals (RFP) for up to $20 million in capital funding for the preservation, restructuring, or expansion of OMH Residential Treatment Facilities (RTFs) and/or Article 31 clinics licensed to serve children. Applicants should propose projects that will preserve the safe functionality of a facility, change the layout or purpose of part of a facility, or create additional program space to expand access to care.
