Registration Open for March 15th Webinar on Affinity Legacy Grants

On March 15th at 2pm, Affinity Legacy, Inc. will host a webinar for organizations interested in applying to its Community Grant Program. Registration is available here.

This program will provide one-time grants of between $25,000 and $1 million to community organizations operating in New York City, Long Island, and Orange, Rockland, and Westchester Counties). Eligible applicants must be not-for-profit 501(c) organizations that have not received funding from any other component of the Affinity charitable asset distribution. Eligible projects should be in one of the following areas:

  • Mental health programs for underserved communities;
  • Food insecurity;
  • Formerly incarcerated individuals’ re-entry into the community; and
  • Consumer health education and workforce development, including training and skill development for health care workers.

Letters of Intent (LOIs) are due by April 15th. Select applicants will be invited to submit a full application on June 15th. LOIs should include preliminary information about the organization, the objectives of the program/project to be funded, the target population, and the timeline for implementation.
