NOFO: Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part D Coordinated HIV Services and Access to Research

On November 1st, the U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) released a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part D Coordinated HIV Services and Access to Research for Women, Infants, Children, and Youth (WICY). This program provides family-centered health care services in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting for low-income WICY with HIV.

HRSA will award $75 million in total annual funding across 114 awardees. Contracts will last for four years starting on August 1, 2022. HRSA will also award $3.5 million in one-year supplemental funding to approximately 22 awardees (up to $150,000 in annual funding per applicant). Supplemental funding is intended to help strengthen organizational infrastructure to respond to the changing health care landscape and to increase capacity to develop, enhance, or expand access to care.

Eligible applicants are public and not-for-profit private entities that provide family-centered care in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting to the target population. Applicants may include current funding recipients and new organizations proposing to provide services in the existing geographic areas (listed in Appendix B of the NOFO).

The NOFO is available here. Applications are due on January 28, 2022. Questions may be submitted to Lillian Bell at LBell@hrsa.gov.
