On September 25th, the New York State Department of Health published the Final FIDA Demonstration Phase-out Plan, which updates the enrollment timeline and sequence of beneficiary communications. FIDA enrollee transfers to MAP plans and MAP-participating D-SNPs will occur throughout the remainder of 2019 as FIDA participants make alternative coverage decisions.
