On May 16th, the New York State Office of Mental Health released a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the development and operation of four Assertive Community Treatment teams, one in the Bronx and three in Brooklyn. Each program will provide treatment, support, and rehabilitation services to 68 adults with serious mental illness.
