Peer-Driven Opioid Recovery Mini-Grants RFA

On November 9th, the Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene and the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) released a Request for Applications (RFA) for organizations interested in establishing new and/or in expanding existing addiction recovery activities for youth and young adults. Through this program, up to 15 awards of up to $12,000 each will be awarded to support organizations interested in developing and implementing peer-driven services that promote recovery for youth and young adults, particularly those affected by the opioid crisis, in a targeted community, with a focus on ending the stigma associated with addiction.

A summary of major provisions of the RFA is attached. The full RFA is available here. Applications are due on December 8th.
