PATH Services RFP – Bronx

On January 8th, the New York City Department of Homeless Services released a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking a qualified health care provider to provide medical and behavioral health services at the Prevention Assistance and Temporary Housing (PATH) Family Intake Center, a temporary emergency shelter for homeless families with children younger than 21 years of age and pregnant women located in the Bronx, NY. One awardee will receive approximately $2.9 million over three years to provide comprehensive on-site services, including medical and behavioral assessments, referrals to care, health education, consultation, assistance in emergency situations, and crisis intervention. There will be a strong emphasis on services that can be provided to clients in a single visit.
