On January 29th, OneCity Health, the Performing Provider System (PPS) of New York City Health + Hospitals, released a Request for Applications (RFA) for its Innovation Award Program. Up to $5 million of Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) funds are available to support PPS partners in designing and implementing innovative programs to improve the health of patients, reduce avoidable hospital admissions, and improve community health outcomes.
